Arthur graduated from Monash University in 2017 after having completed a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Music (classical piano) degree and a Diploma of Languages (Indonesian). In 2018, he completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with The College of Law and was subsequently admitted to practice in Victorian and federal jurisdictions. Arthur joined McCracken and McCracken Lawyers in 2026.

Arthur practices exclusively in family law, and has significant experience in advising and representing clients before the commencement of a relationship, during a relationship, and following the breakdown of a relationship. Arthur is also a qualified Parenting Coordinator.

His legal expertise is in the following areas:

• Parenting matters, including circumstances involving various safety risks (such as mental health and substance abuse), child relocation, child recovery (domestic, Hague Convention and non-Hague Convention recoveries), and child alienation.

• Binding Financial Agreements.

• Child Support matters, including Binding Child Support Agreements.

• Parenting Coordination.

Away from the law, Arthur is a pianist and is kept busy with involvement at his local church, as a member of the VIP Business Network, and a young family with two children.
