Julia graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1998 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. She was admitted to practice in 2000. She joined McCracken & McCracken Lawyers in 1999 as an Articled Clerk. Julia became a partner of the firm in 2004.
